Senior Product Yield Engineer

This is a mid-to-senior level role that involves working on various analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits to enhance yield.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Yield Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support assigned IC products through the full product life cycle, working collaboratively with other groups such as fab, test, or design to drive resolution to problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Yield Enhancement on a variety of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
  • Define the scope and impact of problems by identifying failure modes, the quantity of material affected, and defect density analysis.
  • Perform electrical characterization of ADI ICs in the lab using various bench tools.
  • Perform die-level fault isolation and physical failure analysis to determine the root cause of yield loss.
  • Drive resolution to problems collaboratively with other groups such as fab, test, or design.
  • Analysis and disposition on Fabrication related excursions, evaluations and qualifications.
  • Support FAB transfer resiliency by ensuring equivalency is achieved followed by continuous improvements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Science/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Physics/Materials Science. Additionally, you should be proficient in the use of various data analytics tools like JMP, Exensio, KLA ACE. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
