Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial analysis efforts.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales compensation and financial planning.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks.
  • Oversee end-to-end company-wide compensation processes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Creates complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel.
  • Engages and communicates confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
