Enterprise Coordinator Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing community as a key member of the team. You will be responsible for managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of our clients' services.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative support, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess adaptability and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels that exist within certain groups
  • Building customer profiles in our main CRM
  • Creating promotions within the main customer tool from a template
  • Building and exporting reports within reporting tools and sending these directly to external customers
  • Completing audits of customer accounts, from your own research
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across various teams
  • Building templates across various tools as per instructions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in administrative capacity) is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
