Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the secure and compliant disposal of IT assets that are no longer in use in all client sites.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Creating project plans with clear timelines and milestones.
  2. Coordinating with teams (IT, Site Facilities, Finance, internal and Vendors) for asset inventory and disposal preparation.
  3. Working with approved IT Asset Disposal vendors ensuring compliance with data security and recycling standards.
  4. Ensuring secure data destruction and maintaining records of certificates of destruction and compliance.
  5. Overseeing asset collection, tagging, and transfer to disposal vendors.
  6. Providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
