  1. Manage user and system account lifecycles, provisioning, entitlement changes, deactivation, and deletion in accordance with established service levels.
  2. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to manage user access, permissions, and IAM-related projects.
  3. Provide support to employees regarding access requests, password resets, and IAM-related issues through ServiceNow ticketing.
  4. Perform regular access reviews in accordance with established processes and timelines.
  5. Manage IAM technologies for lifecycle management, privileged access management, SSO, and multi-factor authentication.
  6. Support incident response activities related to access control or unauthorized access.
  7. Evaluate IAM practices against security best practices and contribute to the organization's overall security posture.
  8. Report access-related metrics to management and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a highly technical role that requires strong analysis skills, attention to detail, and precise documentation. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless IAM operations and maintain high levels of security and compliance.
