Student Affairs Officer

At Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Affairs Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the Role:The Student Affairs Officer will be responsible for maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for students. This will involve communicating student concerns to faculty, school personnel, external agencies, and other stakeholders, and vice versa. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the publication of internal communications to the student body, acting as content supervisor of student information portals, and collecting, managing, and preparing statistics and reporting activities relating to student affairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Communicate student concerns to faculty, school personnel, external agencies, and other stakeholders
- Manage the publication of internal communications to the student body
- Act as content supervisor of student information portals
- Collect, manage, and prepare statistics and reporting activities relating to student affairs
- Process and monitor compliance documents for out-of-campus activities
- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures related to student affairs programs and services
- Facilitate the creation, update, and deployment of the Student Services Survey
- Organize student orientations, assemblies, and town halls
- Provide general assistance to students with related concerns and clearances
- Advise students on policy concerns and assist in resolving problems and issues
- Oversee student-led events and activities initiated by recognized student organizations
- Monitor and advise students on the implementation of student events and activities
- Develop and implement special campus events and activities
- Promote student participation in social, cultural, and recreational activities
- Design and implement leadership and soft-skills workshops and training sessions
- Regulate and supervise the Student Council, Student Organizations, and Student Body
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills
