Accounting Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled accounting compliance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting audits and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Key responsibilities include assisting with the execution of compliance audits, planning, execution, and reporting activities. This includes compiling raw data, analyzing data, product testing, and interviewing key individuals.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects with team members and account managers across various regions. Up to 50% domestic or international travel may be required.


Requirements
  • Audit experience is preferred but not required.
  • Big Four accounting firm experience is also preferred but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance department if no audit or Big Four experience.
  • Data analytics experience or background.
  • English fluency both verbal and written is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and other data analytics tools.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Hard working, detail oriented and ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent required.
  • MBA/CPA/CA or other relevant certification is not required but a plus.
