About the Role

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to oversee and optimize an online store.

The primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the Shopify platform to meet business goals, ensuring brand consistency, improving site performance, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital and experiential platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Collaboration & Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Customer Experience & Communication: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and its backend functions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
