Job Description

This role involves coordinating and managing orders from end-to-end. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, tracking, and billing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Assistance is required in preparing product specifications, pricing research, and vendor discussions. Submitting and managing new customer and vendor forms for approval are also key responsibilities.

The candidate will support the development of client proposals as needed. Verifying and managing manufacturer orders to ensure accuracy in details and specifications is crucial.

Utilizing NetSuite or similar ERP software to manage order processing and documentation is a must. Working with project specifications and creating and reviewing product specifications are additional responsibilities.

Following up on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations is essential. Maintaining and updating the order tracking system, providing regular reports, is also a requirement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-oriented and comfortable with technology – must quickly adapt to various software tools.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software is required.
  • Basic understanding of project specifications and familiarity with similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
