Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Project Development Officer is responsible for spearheading the execution of developments from conceptualization to post-construction. This role requires strong oversight and strategic planning skills to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

    • Leading project development from conceptualization to completion
    • Driving day-to-day tasks and ensuring seamless execution
  • Business Growth and Development
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
    • Developing strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Customer Relationships and Partnerships
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Accountancy or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial modeling, project development, and people management
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, permits, and licensing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
