Cloud Infrastructure Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Technical Specialist to join our team.
The role entails investigating technical issues reported by customers, working to resolve complex customer problems related to cloud infrastructure, owning results, engaging directly with customers, participating in a regular weekend working rotation, contributing new knowledge base articles, and understanding cloud development processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating technical issues reported by customers by researching and escalating issues.
- Working to resolve complex customer problems related to cloud infrastructure.
- Ownership of results: Ensuring that each support case owned by you is handled according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the highest possible customer satisfaction by setting the right expectations and fulfilling your commitments.
- Engaging directly with customers and working collaboratively by phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions to resolve their issues.
- Participating in a regular weekend working rotation.
- Contributing new knowledge base articles and maintaining existing articles, ensuring shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.
Required skills and qualifications include:
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, excellent written and spoken communication skills, undergraduate degree in a technical subject, hands-on experience in supporting cloud systems, cloud computing expertise, advanced troubleshooting experience, programming fundamentals, and extensive customer support experience.
