Scheduling Responsibilities
  • Assign caregivers based on client needs, skills, and availability to optimize service delivery.
  • Adjust schedules for emergencies and last-minute absences to minimize disruption.
  • Communicate schedule changes to caregivers and clients, offering incentives for hard-to-fill shifts to promote flexibility.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
  • Update financial records accurately in QuickBooks, performing regular audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable, verify caregiver timesheets, and ensure accurate payroll processing to maintain transparency.

In this role, you will manage lower-risk scheduling assignments under supervision and develop familiarity with caregiver profiles, availability, and specific client care needs to enhance your expertise.

To excel as a Homecare Scheduler, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the homecare or healthcare industry, along with experience using scheduling software and managing large volumes of schedules to streamline operations.
