Financial Analysis Role

This is a critical position within an organization, responsible for overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

The individual in this role will support monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

  • This includes leading the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • The role also involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Additionally, it involves preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures, is also a key responsibility.
  • Addressing complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience, is another crucial aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence, is essential.
  • Collaboration with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions is also necessary.
  • Documenting and maintaining processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits is a vital part of this role.
  • Designing and developing complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions is a key requirement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
