This is an exciting opportunity for a Hub Director - Supply Chain to join our team in Manila.

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations within the hub, ensuring procedures and regulations are enforced.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations within the hub using the daily performance report.
  • Track record of high performance and team improvement.
  • Lead team briefing, weekly meetings with staff, and regular meetings on team performance.
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
  • Leadership experience in a division or team within a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
