In this role, you will provide project management support to the QBE GSSC team, managing special projects and transitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring compliance and ongoing tracking and management of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with QBE's Project Management standard processes
- Managing transition change control process and ensuring details are accurately recorded in the plan
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders on transition planning assumptions and approval processes
- Supporting and coordinating with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables and schedules
- Providing assistance through coordinating and collating inputs from different stakeholders to get necessary sign-offs
- Ensuring that all project documentation is updated based on inputs provided during meetings and via emails
- Preparing detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting templates to manage special cross-functional projects as needed
- Providing regular updates to project stakeholders and PMO team
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships within the department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO experience
- 1-2 years experience in program/project management preferred
- Contract management experience is a plus
- Experienced in creating comprehensive project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones
