This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and reconciliation, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or BSBA- Major in Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data from invoices, receipts, and bank statements into accounting software.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, to provide financial data to accountants and management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding financial record-keeping.
Requirements
