About the role:

We are seeking Customer Support Representatives who love to delight our landline users. This is a remote first opportunity where you will work from home and be part of a global team.

You Will:
  • Track customer concerns, identifying trends and driving calls to action.
  • Work Cross-Functionally to remove customer obstacles and ensure every interaction is seamless.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences by listening to customers, empathizing with their needs, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Upsell additional products and services that save customers time and money.
  • Calm Under Pressure , establish rapport with customers, and navigate complex conversations with ease.
  • Be Kind to your core and prioritize empathy in every interaction.
  • Able to Adapt quickly to changing situations and learn from feedback.
  • Communicate Effectively both verbally and in writing, using clear and concise language.
  • Multitask with ease and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar technology is a plus.

This is a US timezone based role, working 9am - 9pm EST, with weekend shifts on a rotating basis. We value our employees' well-being and strive to create a healthy work-life balance.
