Interior Designer & 3D Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to lead our design team in delivering exceptional interior design solutions for high-end property projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design concepts, producing high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs, creating detailed mood boards and colour palettes, collaborating with the director and site team, and attending client meetings and site visits.

  • Lead Design Concepts: Develop and deliver high-quality interior design concepts for luxury homes, HMO conversions and new builds.
  • 3D Visualisation: Produce stunning 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape and Lumion.
  • Mood Boards and Colour Palettes: Create detailed mood boards and colour palettes to help clients visualise their design options.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the director and site team to ensure on-budget and buildable designs.
  • Client Meetings and Site Visits: Attend occasional client meetings and site visits to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape and Lumion, as well as a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Project Ownership: Strong project ownership, time management and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
  • Luxury Finishes: Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting and architectural flow is essential.

Bonus Points:

  • London Homes Experience: Previous experience working on London homes, HMOs or high-end refurbishments would be highly desirable.
  • Architectural/Technical Drawing Ability: Strong architectural and technical drawing ability is an advantage.
  • UK Construction Knowledge: Working knowledge of UK construction materials and practices is essential.
