We are seeking a creative and results-driven individual to manage our digital presence. This is a full-time, remote role working directly with ownership to shape and grow our brand voice across various platforms.

This position requires strong writing and editing skills, attention to brand tone, and patient-first communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, digital strategy, and social media management.

  • Build and manage a consistent content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Post daily content aligned with our brand tone
  • Manage all community engagement — respond to comments and engage with followers to foster trust and connection

The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines. They will also be comfortable working independently in a remote environment with regular team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
    Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  2. Content Creation & Editing:
    Edit and repurpose short-form video content using in-clinic footage, write compelling captions and headlines, and collaborate with staff to gather stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  3. Blog Writing & SEO:
    Write 2-4 blog posts per month focused on chiropractic care, physical therapy, wellness, and patient education, perform basic keyword research and optimize posts for SEO.
  4. Email Marketing:
    Design and send engaging email campaigns to patients and subscribers, write updates, promotions, and health-related content that supports patient education and retention.
  5. Reporting & Collaboration:
    Track performance metrics across social platforms and email, provide monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (healthcare industry experience a plus)
  • Stable internet and backup options
  • Proven ability to grow and manage online communities and increase engagement organically
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and patient-first communication
