Remote Fullstack Developer Job

This is a long-term freelance position, suitable for either part-time or full-time work. You will join a distributed team that is building an online software with other developers; the main office is in Europe.

You will work with 4–5 other developers to contribute to different modules of the software. Each developer will handle the full-stack scope for their module, including backend, frontend, documentation, and testing.

To start, you will be given a defined time frame to complete a module (backend, frontend, testing, and documentation) at an agreed price. After the initial deliverable, the engagement shifts to an hourly-based rate.

We expect you to be highly skilled to work on a sophisticated and complex app. You will be asked to prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) demonstrating your skills; this typically takes around 10 hours for a skilled developer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with 4–5 other developers to build modular components of a complex online software.
  • Own the full-stack development for your assigned module (backend, frontend, documentation, testing).
  • Prepare and deliver work within an agreed timeframe and price; evolve to hourly engagements after initial deliverables.
  • Produce a Statement of Work (SOW) to demonstrate capability (approximately 10 hours for skilled developers).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with React.js and Node.js in full-stack development.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.
  • Familiarity with documentation and testing as part of module delivery.
