About Us:

We are a leading telemedicine company that provides HRT for women in menopause. Our technology is built in-house, including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology and two compounding pharmacies.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a full-time Front-end Engineer II who will be responsible for developing and enhancing user-facing applications. You will handle difficult assignments with set objectives, working independently within an established framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced UI Development: Implement and refine user interfaces with a focus on user experience.

  • Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Component Development: Develop reusable components and libraries.

  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure applications function correctly across different browsers and devices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services.

  • Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced web technologies

  • Expert in Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3), including modern ecosystem tools and best practices

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with SCSS and Tailwind CSS

  • Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

  • Experience in developing reusable and efficient components and libraries

  • Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions

  • Experience with code reviews and maintaining high standards of code quality

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services.

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices

  • Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
