Welcome to Century Peak Corporation We are seeking a skilled High-Level Support Specialist to join our team as the Chairman's Administrative Assistant.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to our Chairman of the Board, coordinating meeting arrangements, preparing materials, and ensuring timely implementation of board decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination:

    • Preparing agendas, meeting materials, and presentations for board meetings and key stakeholder discussions.

    • Taking detailed minutes during meetings and following up on action items.

    • Following up on board decisions and ensuring timely implementation.

  • Communication Management:

    • Screening and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence to the Chairman.

    • Drafting and preparing responses to emails and letters on behalf of the Chairman.

    • Managing sensitive communications and ensuring confidentiality.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Arranging travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

    • Managing expense reports and reimbursements.

    • Maintaining electronic and physical files, records, and databases.

  • Special Projects:

    • Assisting the Chairman with special projects, including research, analysis, and report preparation.

    • Coordinating with various departments to gather information and facilitate project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with high-level executives and stakeholders.

  • Discretion and confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in completing tasks and managing data.

  • Executive presence: Professional demeanor and ability to represent the Chairman effectively.

  • MBA graduate or equivalent degree.

  • Capable of being deployed to field work.

  • Yearly incentive-based bonus on top of monthly compensation.
