  • Conduct inventory counts, stock shelves, and organize cartons, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.
  • Prepare goods for shipment according to sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Provide suggestions to the Logistics Manager within the scope of responsibility as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics operations.
  • Assist with effective resource management and dispatch planning through load creation, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Coordinate incoming goods and manage daily dispatches based on requirements, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of non-conforming goods and returns in accordance with company procedures, supporting order planning and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and logs to support finalized orders, staying updated on dispatch operations, logistics planning, and best practices.
  • Prepare performance reports to support decision-making processes, engaging in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the unit.
