Web Development and Coding Specialist

As a Web Development and Coding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the website, staff and volunteer email accounts, setting up webpages and changes to the website with moderate-advanced programming, managing database, operating livestreams software as required, and managing membership records.

  • Manage the website, including creating new emails, managing email forwarding from old domain, and setting up webpages and changes to the website.
  • Manage staff and volunteer email accounts, including creating new emails, managing email forwarding from old domain, and cancelling or pausing membership as directed.
  • Set up webpages and changes to the website with moderate-advanced programming, including managing database, operating livestreams software as required, and contacting lapsing and expiring members for renewal via email.
  • Manage membership records, including cleaning up duplicate records in Nationbuilder, cancelling or pausing membership as directed, contacting lapsing and expiring members for renewal via email, and exporting new, lapsing and expiring members providing via email to state division representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the website, staff and volunteer email accounts.
  • Setting up webpages and changes to the website with moderate-advanced programming.
  • Managing database, operating livestreams software as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum experience as a developer.
  • Programming Language: JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, and the likes.
  • Experience in Data Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
