Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Development Specialist to design and develop a comprehensive online ticketing platform for events, dinners, and organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend functionality, seamless integration with payment gateways and charity providers, and potentially implementing an automated phone booking system to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience for both organizers and attendees.

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing scalable and secure online platforms using the latest web development trends and technologies. Strong knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails) is essential, along with proficiency in integrating payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and charity providers.

Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) is also required, as well as familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Online Ticketing Platform: Create a comprehensive online ticketing platform with robust backend functionality, ensuring seamless integration with payment gateways and charity providers.
  • Implement Automated Phone Booking System: Develop an automated phone booking system to enhance user convenience and improve the overall user experience.
  • Integrate Payment Gateways and Charity Providers: Integrate payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) and charity providers to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.
  • Ensure Platform Scalability and Security: Ensure the online platform is scalable, secure, and accessible across various devices.
  • Perform Regular Testing and Debugging: Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain a high level of performance and security.
  • Optimize Platform for Reliability: Optimize the online platform for reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business requirements and user needs.
  • Stay Updated with Latest Trends and Technologies: Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven Experience in Web Development and Programming
  • Strong Knowledge of Backend Technologies and Frameworks
  • Experience with Frontend Technologies
  • Proficiency in Integrating Payment Gateways and Charity Providers
  • Familiarity with Database Management Systems
  • Excellent Communication and Teamwork Abilities
