Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced leadership development manager to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs across the organization.

  • This includes conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing support to leaders and managers.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs, facilitate workshops, and ensure continuous improvement of leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance organizational performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop engaging training materials to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop strategic solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in training design, implementation, and program management, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in Training & Development or Organizational Development are also desirable.

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but not essential.
