The successful candidate will require multifaceted skills to manage all aspects of the Transformation journey, including revenue generation and AOI impact management.
Leveraging global insights, the Transformation Leader should understand market realities, opportunities, and threats to drive business outcomes and capabilities for clients and the organization.
The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Transformation program setup through delivery of new capabilities, realization of outcomes/benefits, and closure for strategic deals.
Mentoring team members on Transformation Services and Solutions, and Transition skills of the future, is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in exploratory discussions with CXO/CXO-1 levels to understand client strategic agenda and expectations.
- Develop and refine client engagement strategies aligned with client expectations and relationship management practices.
- Drive the utilization of digital in all Transformation solutions.
- Design financial strategies ensuring SLA adherence and alignment with end-to-end transformation benefit realization plan.
