Senior Financial Analyst Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is a pivotal position that oversees the data, processes, and controls ensuring accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.
Qualifications:
  • Create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role is preferred. Must have stable employment history.
