Junior Business Analyst Position

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure clear understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation to facilitate collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate project deliverables and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure that stakeholder needs are met.

About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess a basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello is highly desirable.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
