Healthcare Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR Healthcare Account. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
As a CSR Healthcare Account, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with product knowledge, participating in ongoing training, and adhering to Sagility policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, resolve customer issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, participate in ongoing training, and adhere to Sagility policies and procedures.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (But did not graduate) on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
