Product Analyst Role

As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our core business. This involves working closely with product and business stakeholders to identify key metrics, analyze data, and communicate insights that drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills.

This position requires a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analyses for business and product stakeholders, including A/B testing and operations issue analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to analyze future growth opportunities and develop business cases for new products and businesses.
  • Build financial models and operating plans with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from a strong university in an analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
