Sales Consultant Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions for industrial equipment, furniture, and commercial equipment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and promote new arrivals and promotions to customers.
- Manage and maintain the organization and presentation of products on the sales floor, ensuring they are tidy, well-organized, and properly signed.
- Source products from other branches and affiliates to meet customer needs and provide a wide range of products.
- Prepare and send proposals and quotations to customers who require formal documentation.
- Expand sales by saturating all commercial establishments within a 5km radius of the retail store.
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales track record
