Job OverviewMain Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in line with business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities within the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
    • Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  2. Brand Positioning:
    • Lead brand development and positioning initiatives for pharmaceutical products while adhering to ethical marketing principles and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Maintain the integrity and reputation of the brand, addressing any potential ethical concerns.
  3. Marketing Initiatives:
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
    • Closely work with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and communication strategies.
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry influencers to promote product awareness and adoption.
    • Communicate effectively with regulatory bodies to ensure marketing initiatives comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
  5. Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews to track individual and team progress.
  6. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and drive sales performance.
    • Collaborate with the medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials and communications are accurate, compliant, and scientifically sound.
  7. Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies.
    • Report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
