The DCX Client Services Home-Based Property Accountant is a dynamic and detail-oriented accounting role that is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations. You will apply your professional expertise while resolving a variety of accounting matters and you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our partner's financial operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Managing Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use
  • Handling investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information
  • Utilizing AppFolio for various property accounting tasks and data management
  • Working collaboratively with the in-house CPA team to ensure high-quality accounting services
  • Reporting to staff, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices
