Job Summary

As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in accounting software. You will record daily financial transactions, track and manage invoices, process payments to vendors, manage customer invoicing and collections, reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and assist in payroll preparation as required.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with certificate, diploma or degree in bookkeeping or accounting, or working towards it. 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are also required.
