Program Manager Role

This position oversees a portfolio of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes within predetermined parameters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with project leads to guarantee all projects have defined charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance models, and risk registers in place.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to established objectives and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and supervise the activities of project team members and, as applicable, vendors and contractors.
  • Communication: Regularly report project status and updates to stakeholders and the Leadership Team to maintain alignment and clarity.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential deviations from the project plan and communicate them to relevant parties, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively manage project risks, mitigate issues as they arise, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize project team meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes to facilitate effective communication.
  • Reporting: Create project presentations or reports as requested by sponsors, stakeholders, or the Leadership Team.
