Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports on quality performance, identifying potential quality issues and escalating them to management, verifying implemented solutions or fixes to ongoing quality issues, holding regular calibration sessions with assigned teams, and attending weekly business reviews with campaign Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality issues.
  4. Hold regular feedback sessions with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including clients, operations managers, and team leaders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • Experience in research and analytics with advanced computer proficiency.
  • Background in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
