Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating and updating branded assets across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. Your strong portfolio should showcase a range of digital and print work, demonstrating your ability to produce high-quality assets quickly.

This is a fast-paced role where you will juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every piece of marketing collateral we produce is cohesive, compelling, and unmistakably our brand.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design, with proficiency in Figma and Canva. You should be comfortable managing production from concept to final delivery, including printed work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update branded assets across digital and print platforms.

  • Maintain and grow our Figma & Canva libraries and brand design systems to keep all assets consistent and accessible.

  • Design for a wide variety of needs, including digital and social graphics, brochures, one-pagers, flyers, event materials, banners, signage, ID cards, car tags, and first-day-of-school kits.

  • Manage production for printed materials, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, align on creative direction, and deliver high-quality assets quickly.

  • Able to turn around most design requests within 24 hours while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.

  • Strong portfolio showing a range of digital and print work.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Canva.

  • Experience managing production from concept to final delivery, including printed work.

  • Able to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality work is delivered quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across time zones.
