Leading Automation Quality Engineer

We seek an Automation Quality Engineer to lead our test automation efforts, driving innovation in testing frameworks and ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability across all initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, reusable automation frameworks, focusing on Playwright for end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class test automation architecture, ensuring optimal design patterns, performance, and maintainability.
- Evaluate cutting-edge tools to improve automation coverage, performance, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers in Playwright and automation best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Selenium and Playwright, as well as a solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, design patterns, software testing processes, best practices, and Agile Development. They must also be familiar with CI/CD concepts and tools and performance testing and security testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, Typescript, etc.
- A fast, reliable internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS is required.
