Business Operations Associate

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing employee data, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process eligibility changes for employees
  2. Send enrollments to carriers via email or system uploads
  3. Follow up to ensure updates were successfully completed
  4. Perform data entry in various carrier systems to add or terminate employees
  5. Audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy
  6. Coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections
Requirements:
  • College undergraduate or graduate degree
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration (preferred)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
  • Familiarity with various carrier systems and portals
  • Strong communication skills across email and phone
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
  • Experience in auditing and discrepancy resolution
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of compliance and benefits regulations (a plus)
