Marketing Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Data Analyst to create clear, accurate, and insightful client reports. This role plays a critical part in keeping clients informed about their campaign performance across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to consolidate performance metrics from various sources, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot. They will transform the data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly client reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Consolidate campaign data from multiple sources, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Present performance metrics in a clear and digestible format for clients to understand campaign results at a glance
  • Review and double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
  • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role
  • Proficiency in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean and professional reports
  • Ability to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines
  • Interest in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms
