About the Role
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, analyzing complex data sets, and creating interactive Power BI dashboards to inform strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with clients, preparation of financial reports, and delivery of actionable insights in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong finance background, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work US hours. Familiarity with ERP systems, programming, and the real estate industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards, automating reporting processes and presenting data insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data, identify trends, and interpret financial information.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines from a top-tier university.
• Strong finance background with 5+ years of experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and modeling.
• Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency, able to operate in a fully English-speaking environment.
• Must be able to produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, programming, or coding languages, and big data is a plus.
• Available to connect with US clients and work US hours.
• Able to join ASAP.
