Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and content creators across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify key opinion leaders, influencers, and content creators aligned with our brand and values.
  • Conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with key opinion leaders for promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors.
  • Fluent English language skills with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Web 3 culture, terminology, and market trends is preferred but not required.
