Job Description

As a key member of our engineering team, the Maintenance Sr. Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex building systems. This includes performing routine maintenance checks, diagnosing faults, and making necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.\
  • Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.\
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and manage workload.\

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities management.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.\

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.\
