Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and excellent analytical skills to assess risks and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant financial regulations;
  • Reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports;
  • Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement and maintain internal controls;
  • Providing guidance and training on compliance-related matters to finance and operational teams;
  • Staying updated on changes in financial regulations and industry standards;
  • Preparing detailed documentation and reports on compliance findings and recommendations;
  • Supporting external auditors during compliance audits and responding to inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 12 months combined CSE or CCE experience;
  • Must be at least 21 years old; and
  • Hold a high school diploma (old curriculum) or equivalent.
