Marketing Support Professional

This is a highly skilled Marketing Support Professional role that will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing efforts. This includes supporting the team in maintaining an online presence, client relationship management, and marketing campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM systems to track patient information and interactions, follow up with lost patients, schedule appointments, and handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars, create visually appealing content using Canva, and monitor comments and messages.
  • Assist in developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, monitoring effectiveness and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with brand standards, support blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain clinic website content using Squarespace, ensure information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Organize events, workshops, and gatherings to engage the community and promote services.
  • Track and analyze marketing data to support decision-making and improve strategies, track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide basic technical support for clinic tools, apps, and software.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback from patients, respond appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Team player with passion for working in a collaborative environment.
  • Tech-savvy individual comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn new systems and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail in managing client information and marketing campaigns.
