  3. Identify opportunities to add value for our customers through relevant product recommendations and benefit enrollments, deepening customer engagement and loyalty.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, using key selling skills to optimize and solidify the customer relationship.
  5. Manage customer inquiries, update customer account information, and utilize tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  6. Meet and exceed performance goals, including sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets, as well as customer performance metrics.
