About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Image Enhancement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery.

The selected individual will work closely with photographers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure every image meets brand standards while maintaining efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Image Enhancement: Utilize AI-assisted editing software to perfect images, ensuring accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines.
    • Color Correction & Consistency: Develop and refine workflows to improve turnaround time without compromising quality.
    • Complex Edits: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques.
    • Collaboration: Partner with creatives to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
    • Quality Control: Review final outputs for accuracy, realism, and brand alignment before delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic retouching results.
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
