Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and scheduling interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Utilize HRIS systems and tools to manage candidate data, track application status, and generate reports to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to measure recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment administration, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
