Job Description

  • Lead our human resources department with integrity and professionalism, overseeing all HR functions and managing employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company objectives by developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Manage onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes, as well as performance management, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations, such as labor standards, health and safety, and data privacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, with in-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Amenable to report in Eastwood, Quezon City.
